The desired candidates will have previous experience in working in an Aerospace final inspection role, undertaking inspection activity in line with engineering drawings, customer purchase order requirements, industry standards and specifications.
- Minimum 3 years quality inspection experience within an aerospace environment.
- Experience within the manufacturing environment and final inspection prior to shipment.
- Strong experience with product quality & supporting paperwork checks (CofC, manufacturing paperwork et cetera) in accordance AS9100 and with business processes.
- Strong organisational and self-motivation skills required.
- Experience in using all types of measuring equipment.
- Time served apprenticeship and/or ONC/HNC level or equivalent desirable
- Familiar with general inspection techniques and their appropriate selection.
- A practical understanding of AS9102 standard, an advantage
- Ability to read and interrogate engineering drawings including dimensioning and tolerance
- Familiar with general non-conformance processes
- Ability to interact with Internal personnel.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Good team worker and confident in their ability to lead in aspects of problem solving.

Job Description :
- Analyse quality issues and provide report to customer
- Support the root cause analysis activities
- Represent the customer as a quality representative at the engineer board
- Follow-up on actions if required and provide status to customer.
Qualifications:
- Must have over 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- A project management profile
- Expertise in Quality process improvements
- Experience with standard aerospace process such a torque, sealant application, fasteners, etc.
- Experience with creation of key performance indicators and reporting
- Strong experience in Root Cause Correction Action
- Computer abilities (e.g. Microsoft suite with strong skills in Excel)
- Good communication, team work, organization skills
- Must have a valid passport. Possibility to travel to Canada for meeting and orientation.

Supplier recovery needed in Bangalore, India:
