Auditor required to conduct an audit on Design and Development on-site at Customer.

Description:

• Seeking an experienced auditor to perform a full internal audit to evaluate client's operational effectiveness in accordance with the AS9100 standard primarily focussing on Design and Development.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full internal audit using client checklists over operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable requirements pursuant to the AS9100 standard
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc. for compliance
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
• Maintain open communication with client management and audit committee
• Document process and prepare audit findings
• Conduct follow up audits for corrective action as needed

Requirements

• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor
• A certified Quality Management System auditor, holding recognised auditor certification (e.g. IRCA, RABQSA, or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting audits against recognised Quality Management System standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001.
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100D Quality Management System requirements and audit methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience initiating, reviewing and approving corrective action responses, including evaluation of corrective action effectiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document audit findings and recommendations.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for audit reporting and documentation.
