CMM Inspection of Aerospace forgings for the main OEM’s
Requiring two engineers experianced with Ziess Hawk 3 scanner and a GOM (Ziess Inspect) software package.
Scanning and analysing the results to ensure compliance with requirements.
Job Description:
- Customer is seeking skilled individuals to support CMM dimensional measurement of Forgings efforts at their facility.
- Daily inspection of Forgings. Resource will be checking for conformity to customer specifications, acting as a quality gate.
- Further orientation will be performed onsite.
Duration:
Frequency:
- Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 and Friday 07:30 to 12:30, although there can be additional hours and also flexibility.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience with Ziess Hawk 3 scanner and a GOM (Ziess Inspect) software package
- At least 3 years’ experience using dimentional inspection equipment
- Hands on experience with GD&T per ANSI Y 14.5
- Must be able to interpret Blue Prints and drawings
- Familiarity with Quality and Manufacturing processes
- Preferably an inspection background in receiving, in-process inspection knowledge of FAI reports
