Job Responsibilities:

As a Product Assurance Delivery Rep, you'll be the crucial link between our client's manufacturing operations and their customer commitments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Order Backlog Management: Efficiently manage order backlogs and develop capacity planning strategies.
• Production Scheduling: Create and communicate weekly and daily manufacturing schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Schedule Optimization: Manage production schedule details to maximize productivity and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Strategic Planning: Implement planning, management, and control strategies for production, materials, and inventory.
• WIP Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed Work In Process (WIP) reports in Excel.
• Expediting: Proactively track and expedite parts through the manufacturing cycle.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the customer's "eyes and ears," ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must have an LLC/DBA or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
