We are seeking a Source Inspector to support a customer program on-site at their supplier based in Warrenville, IL. 

Support will be 2-days per week and the ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting wire harness assemblies or similar products, working to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, industry standards, and specific product specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting visual inspections, documentation reviews, and packaging checks.
• Cable Assembly Verification: Verify routing and bundling of wires, ensuring they follow specified layouts and are free from damage or potential interference.
• Insulation and Shielding Checks: Inspect insulation and shielding to ensure they meet safety and durability requirements.
• Performing part serialisation and traceability checks.
• Conducting dimensional inspection on suspect parts.
• Reviewing and approving Certificates of Conformance (CofCs) for completeness and accuracy.
