Task: Create and review PPAP and FAI package

requirement:

• Working knowledge and experience of APQP and PPAP
• Interpretation of Specifications, Engineering drawings and PFMEA’s
• Identifying the links between Process flows, PFMEA’s and control plans
• Creation of Control Plans and inspection frequencies in accordance with industry sample inspection plans
• Communication of the control plans and implementation of the measurement into production
• Appropriate selection of measurement methods and techniques
• Conduct MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and Gauge R&R’s
• Co-ordinate data collection activities
• Familiar with AS9102
