Job Title: Aerospace Quality Control Inspector
Location: Papendrecht, Netherlands
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Aerospace Quality Control Inspectors to join our customers team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting product parts during and at the end of the production process by carrying out interim and final inspections.
Responsibilities:
Also responsible for planning and carrying out delegated source inspections on behalf of the customer.
Carry out First Article Inspections and assess the process with or without the customer.
Prepare inspection records in accordance with the procedure you release the finished product.
Draw up deviation descriptions for any Non-Conformities and handle these within the authorisation framework together with other colleagues.
Monitor the actual implementation of the measures imposed and train new colleagues regarding inspection processes and quality procedures.
Support "Root Cause Analyses" according to the 8-step methodology or equivalent and makes recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience with First article inspection (FAI), AS 9102, and visual inspections.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of materials and their properties, including metals and composites.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Must be a Citizen of a NAHEMA Nation - Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, NL, Portugal.
